Key Responsibilities
• 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Development (Sales Cloud, CPQ Plus/Revenue and Service)
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, quoting, and contract management workflows.
- Integrate Sales Cloud, CPQ & Revenue Cloud with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and billing systems, to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Work with Architect and Business Stakeholders to implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and other considerations (security, scalability, limits).
• Integrate between Sales Cloud, CPQ & Revenue Cloud with external systems such as NetSuite, homegrown solutions, utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and custom development. Identify integration patterns, recommend integration technologies, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write, maintain test classes for all development.
• Experience with Middleware integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft is a plus.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce CPQ features and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Collaborating with cross team developers on other systems used within the organization.
• Analyse project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Provide technical training for other team members.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Excellent communication skills to interact within and across other team members.

Preferred Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Salesforce Developer & Certified CPQ Specialist credential Certifications are preferred.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and other Salesforce team members.
